Hey listen Queen. It happens. Honestly your body needed that sleep ! As a mom, every now and then I wake up late and i remind myself that rushing is not going to make things bettter rather than stress me out because it not like i can reverse the time.

It will happen sometimes, and I just take their little butts thru the drive thru and get them some breakfast to go and they be happy lol. You got this mom, don’t stress it .

Amen Amen…..I agree. Our bodies are MAGICAL … to create life is one of the most powerful beautiful blessings and you have done that. Also Remmeber love doesn’t come from the physical but from the inside. The more you tak care of yourself the more you fall in love with yourself and what your body can do. You realize its deeper than the physical. I started my journey because I hated my cellulite, and guess what its been over 10 years and I still have it lol but I love myself so much more
