Hey Mali Henderson and Ashley Davis I really appreciate you both on your feedback and concern with your progress. To be honest we didn’t change much. Prior schedule was streaming 2 30 min classes which meant that you had to connect to one class and then once completed connect to the second class. Usually it was a hiit and a power. This time, we combined both class to keep everyone in one room ( live screen) and now we host 2 30 min classes in one space. The first 30 mins is upper body, and the second its lower . You can still access both 30 mins , you tune in to the first half or do th full. Now you are loosing weight because most likely it sounds like you are not eating enough calories to maintain. I would recommend to track and be at maintenance with a higher empathizes on your protein because that will allow you to build muscle . Let me know if that helps
