Great question Queen!!! But first congratulations !! What you are doing is not easy AT ALL . So I take my hat off to you ! The key here is organization and scheduling your days . I know it sounds overwhelming but the more organize your day is, the less you have to stress as you are going through it ! I find our workouts to be easy because they are done at home, You can even make it a routine with your kids, specially when they are little they look forward to things like that. You get one responsible for getting the mat, another one the waters, and to be fun small towels for sweating . You got this mommy !! Sending you tons of prayers
