Hey Queen I would adjust your nutrition. How is your nutrition , are you currently tracking ? If not, that would def help to start seeing the difference. Even making adjustments to your everyday meals such as adding more protein, healthier carbs, veggies, etc , drinking water , and defitnly sleeping 7-8 hours
