If you're looking for something specific (like a certain coach, class type, or body focus), just tap the magnifying glass icon 🔍 in the bottom menu to use the Search feature.You can then search by keywords, or use filters to select by coach, class type (HIIT, Power, Core, etc.), or level.

From there you can access more advance workouts. In the meantime, definitely increasing your weights is a BIG PART .

My queen don’t let those things rob you ! Remmeber that those things can be fix, in the mean time stick a container under the sink and enjoy your day . Sometimes things just be happening back to back and it sucks at times but the beauty is that it can all be fix !!!!
