Great question . I know a lot of people won’t agree w me but the answer is no ! There’s no true benefit to a waist trainer ! You don’t burn calories , don’t burn fat, will not snatch your waist , neither will it give you abs , definition etc . A waist trainer is exactly like have a scrunchy on your wrist for a while , it will leave marks , give your wrist an indentation and within a few hours it will be gone .

My advice is to focus on truly engaging your core . Try the Ab recover program. Also focus on your nutrition and being consistent w your workouts . I promise you will get the results you want.
