First I would recommend that you are having a min of 3 meals per day . You want to make sure every meal consists of protein , greens, healthy fats and your carbs .

Second , sleep ! Yes 🫣 it’s super important that we are sleeping our 7-8 hours of sleep . Getting rest is crucial doe our muscle growth and recovery !

Third low stress , and fourth getting active . Outside of your QW workouts what more can you do to stay active ? Walks? Biking ? Jogging etc
