Yes, moving forward, our primary focus will be on 3 live workouts per week. This decision was made based on member feedback, attendance data, and our desire to simplify the experience while helping more women stay consistent.
One thing we’ve learned is that many women thrive when they have a clear, simple plan to follow rather than feeling overwhelmed by too many options.
As for Pilates, yoga, power, and other specialty formats, those are still very much part of the Queen Warriors experience. You’ll continue to see a variety of workout styles through our extensive on demand library, special events, programs, and occasional live offerings.
Regarding the coaches, we absolutely love and appreciate everything they have contributed to our community. While the schedule is evolving, some coaches may continue to teach on a more flexible basis through special classes, events, programs, and guest appearances.
Our goal is to create the best possible experience for our members while keeping things simple, effective, and focused on helping you get results.
We are excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to continue growing together! 👑💪
