Girl that workout last night TOOK ME OUT !!!!!! Wow . Seriously . After the call disconnected, I literally stood on the mat laying down for 30 mins ! And then I got tired and cranky !! Lmaoooooo

Wow those are absolutely beautiful! I love how you change your schedule .

Honestly I’ve realized that doom scrolling is a huge contributor to anxiety and even depression .

I caught myself doom scrolling so I had to set time on my phone

I would say , make sure your back is flat on the mat, slow the movement down , also focus on sucking tour belly button in , towards your back , and up .
