Hey queen, I don’t want you to feel defeated. Rather use these moments to create a plan. If your thighs feel tight what can you do to help release the tightness? You can do a stretch workout, foam roll. Roller back ? It might be a sign that your core is not as strong. Have you checked out the ab recovery program ? It’s free on the App and 10 min long . Also keep in mind that sometimes our body wants to quit but it doesn’t mean we have to give in, take as many breaks as you need even pausin the program and get right back into it. Also start with the begginer class . Those can offer a lot of help as well .
