The LYC challenge’ is an additional fee because it comes with a weekly coaching call with me, a guide for nutrition and I have also structure your workout program . This challenge also has an optional Spiritual journal for you to do daily .

First, 250 classes is incredible. That level of consistency doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from discipline, commitment, and the decision to show up for yourself even when life is busy.

I love what you said about self care. Taking care of yourself is not selfish. It is responsibility. When you are stronger, healthier, and energized, you show up better for your family, your work, and everyone around you.

Waking up at 5 AM, setting boundaries, changing your nutrition, and staying consistent for a full year is exactly what transformation looks like. And the fact that you’re still pushing forward and joining LYC again shows your mindset !

I am so proud of you and grateful you shared this with the community. You are proof that when a Queen decides to prioritize herself, everything else starts to shift with her.
