Hey queen … welcome ! Trust me I know how it is to have kids and try to find some time for yourself. The beauty about Queen warriors is that , you can either do 30 min or 1 hour. What ever fits your schedule is key and also making sure you finish what you started. I always found it a bit more structure when I would put baby Gianna down for a nap and squeezed in a workout 30 min hiit and if she was still sleeping boom … another 30 mins lol you got this

Thanks Jenny , take it one day at a time. I usually find it easier when I just clean my fridge out, and go buy veggies, and healthier items
