Hey babes, I honestly would keep a food journal to see whats causing it . Alsooooooooo stretching, and working out helps to relax your gut . Sometimes bloating may be due to gasses, or not having a bowel movement daily .

Start your morning with organic apple cider vinegar ad room temp water. Save your coffee till after breakfast .

If you drink carbonated drinks try to reduce as they also tend to cause bloating .

This journey is special, we have to remember it took 9 months to create live, to nurture it and then birth it . The post partum journey is special in so many ways because honestly we are force to be patient, to have grace, because now we have a tiny human right by our side . It doesn’t matter how long it takes queen, what matters is that you are pouring into yourself . If today all you can do is 10 mins cool, we take 10 mins. If the next day you got 20 … cool ! This is all you queen, your journey . We are just here to love and encourage you !
