Lmaooo that’s so funny ! Im sorry Queen lol

I love it !!!! Keep it going Queen

Amen !!!! Wow .. stop it … if your goal was to get us emotional you have done it . Super proud of you and most importantly utilizing everything Queen WArriors has to offer in whatever you are doing !!! God bless you Queen, sending you tons of tons of blessing !

Yes to the motivation !!!!! Thank you queen for sharing the workout

Hey queen, hiit , is high interval training, targets all body parts using nothing but body weight ,no equipment. Power is Queen Warriors version of Strenght training . These workouts use dumbbells, kettlebell etc and a bench

Hey queen have you done an in body scan? They usually have them at some supplement story, gyms or even orange theory ( i know you have to pay there ) Sometimes, the scale doesn’t move as fast as we want it , but don’t overlook your body composition changing . That’s a very important piece. The scale doesn’t take into consideration muscle and fat loss, it just weights everything all in one place . I would also recommend that you take before and after pictures … omg that work wonders.

You been killing it . Don’t get discourage now . You are inspiring us all

So proud of you queen. And its truly an honor to see you blossom !!! Im here for you . Lets keep it going strong and powerful !!!

Starts today queen.

Yesss This is exciting . Time to stretch ladies

Amen… I love this !!! Very well said… This is your motivation, and 6 months from today you will look back and be soooo freaking proud of yourself for your evolution. Im here to support you every step of the way .
