Hey Queen , Great questions! 🤍

Yes, moving forward, our primary focus will be on 3 live workouts per week. This decision was made based on member feedback, attendance data, and our desire to simplify the experience while helping more women stay consistent.

One thing we’ve learned is that many women thrive when they have a clear, simple plan to follow rather than feeling overwhelmed by too many options.

As for Pilates, yoga, power, and other specialty formats, those are still very much part of the Queen Warriors experience. You’ll continue to see a variety of workout styles through our extensive on demand library, special events, programs, and occasional live offerings.

Regarding the coaches, we absolutely love and appreciate everything they have contributed to our community. While the schedule is evolving, some coaches may continue to teach on a more flexible basis through special classes, events, programs, and guest appearances.

Our goal is to create the best possible experience for our members while keeping things simple, effective, and focused on helping you get results.

We are excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to continue growing together! 👑💪

Hey Queen . Amen to your message!! I’m proud of you .Major growth and awareness.

But I also want you to remember the scale doesn’t tell us everything. The scale is tricky because everyday it can look different . If you eat too late the next day you will weight more because your body didn’t process everything, if you are on your cycle the scale will be different, if you weight yourself at night time and then next day during the day …. The scale will be different. I’m not saying don’t use the scale but it’s best to use it w something else , measuring yourself , trying on that one outfit you been wanting to fit , a body scan etc .

The scale is good to let us know if overall we are moving in the right direction .

But again I’m proud of you . We want to build habits change our lifestyle and become healthier an you are doing that
