Regarding waist trainers, im not a fan. Most people think because they are wearing a waist trainer, they don’t have to properly learn to engage their core and they become dependent on them. I also feel that you can wear it consistently but the min you stop wearing it , things go back to how they were.
Its not necessary .
I would recommend for you to look into the Ab recovery program for QW its 10 minute workouts to help get you to engage your core, that right there is great .
