Hey babes, I would say speak with your doctor . I dont know the depth of your health issue, but I would also recommend a knee brace to help keep everything tight.But def speak with your doctor .

Girl that workout last night TOOK ME OUT !!!!!! Wow . Seriously . After the call disconnected, I literally stood on the mat laying down for 30 mins ! And then I got tired and cranky !! Lmaoooooo
