I never submitted my before pics but I do want to say I have followed through on this challenge and I’ve made it a habit in making better food choices! So I’m happy with that. I can feel the difference in my clothes and I don’t feel as heavy and bloated! I love love love Coach Raven!!! Always a vibe in her class. thank you for the motivation and inspiration you project daily!!!
Queens! I fell off completely during the last week for LyC… I had family visit from out of town and of course they stayed where I do my workouts ☹️ either way I’m back on week 4 day 2. Hope u ladies are striving and keeping it pushing!💪🏼👑
