I never submitted my before pics but I do want to say I have followed through on this challenge and I’ve made it a habit in making better food choices! So I’m happy with that. I can feel the difference in my clothes and I don’t feel as heavy and bloated!
I love love love Coach Raven!!! Always a vibe in her class. thank you for the motivation and inspiration you project daily!!!
