Under the browse tab they list the schedule for the week and below that they have the latest replays. I usually go to the replays and pick the one I want to do. Hope that helps. Also under the browse tab they have a “Start Here” video to help you get started.

Last nights dinner and post workout meal for today. Lomo Saltado just added a little white rice and Aji Sauce on top 😋 such a good Peruvian dish
