Fell a little behind on the workouts and have a late night at work tomorrow so put the alarm so I can catch up a bit in the morning. I'm not a morning person but I'm committed to this challenge. I did great with food this weekend so that's a win. Hubby took me out to eat and I made smart choices and it was still yummy.

I'd love to get dance classes back maybe twice a month. I've been doing the replays but some new ones would be fun.

Last night's HIIT with Fabiana Ferrarini left sweat on my sweat. It was worth it though!
