I've been consistent with my workouts for 3 weeks and starting with the beginner ones to get back into the groove. I also switched up my workouts to 5 a.m. so I have no excuse to not do them. It's been a while shift in mindset because I'm more of a night owl. What I'm realizing is I am who I make myself into so early bird season it is.

Anyone else in the menapause phase of your life? How do you deal with weight gain? Any tips or suggestions appreciated. It's nice to know if others are struggling, too.

I love replaying the dance workouts. Did this one on Saturday and I was having a whole party by myself. It felt great to move that stagnant energy!

Fell a little behind on the workouts and have a late night at work tomorrow so put the alarm so I can catch up a bit in the morning. I'm not a morning person but I'm committed to this challenge. I did great with food this weekend so that's a win. Hubby took me out to eat and I made smart choices and it was still yummy.

That dance workout was amazing! My lower back something hurts because I have andomyosis. These movements always help it loosen up. This one will stay on replay!
