Good morning, queen warriors! 👑 Quick question for you all. I sit for a long time at work, and by the 3-hour mark, my legs start feeling really swollen and I have to get up and walk around. I use my hour lunch break to go for a walk, but as soon as I sit back down, the swelling comes right back. What can I do to help fix this?
