QW Customer S. Are you a real person because these responses are giving scripted? If the goal is to make a better more streamlined experience, where are the programs and videos that replace the ones that were scrubbed from the platform?

I added a reply but it seems to have been deleted. I just find it a bit shady that those series/programs were removed at the expense of your customer’s progress. The platform now only has 1/4 of the programs it used to. I was intentional about the videos I favorited based on both my experience and my areas of focus. I think I may be cancelling & trying a different app.
