My meals are all really simple too. My kids don't like anything in gravy or too many things mixed in so we do steak bites, grilled chicken, smoked salmon, roasted turkey etc. Sides are usually rice, roasted potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, veggies.

I get off work at 4:30 then I pick up the kids from after-school. I usually have dinner prepped so we are done eating by 6:30 at the latest. During my workouts they are right there by me and all in the way but oh well. They know at 7:30 it's workout time. I also track what I eat in my fitness pal. I missed the 10am workout yesterday so I took the boys to the park after dinner and walked the track with my weighted vest on and did my workout replay as soon as I got back home. You got this mama
