Joannie Cruz you may have to go to more than one to find them because not every one carries them but they're in the section where the juices and water are

Not protein powder but I found this protein shake at Dollar Tree of all places, it's lactose free and actually tastes really good. I've tried the vanilla and chocolate but they also have strawberry for $2/each...on Amazon, the same brand is way more expensive.

My sister is Survival! 17 years here from blood cancer! I'm so happy you're feeling well enough to get started! Most don't need equipment but right now all I have are some dumbells & a yoga mat...Fabi suggested some yoga blocks and a kettle bell...I still need to buy both but I hope this helps to get you started 💜
