I have been investing in my little home gym area for a while. I need a step up looking for a good sturdy one. Using the bench is to high for me right now.

Just finished this class for this morning. Amazing. This week has been a hella of a week. I have to say fear is a MF. Sometimes we need a little push to get thru whatever it is we are facing. I’m glad that even tho I experience setbacks I don’t stay back. Happy Saturday 👑💪🏽

Just finished the yoga class with Aimee the way I needed those stretches. Even tho I’m limited right now I did the ones I could and felt amazing. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Even tho I haven’t done any QW exercises this week I was doing my physical therapy exercises that I needed to focus on some issues that arised. Will be doing a replay of the yoga class wit Aimee today after work. I’ll have to modify what I can’t do and not push myself further than that.
