The way I want to do today’s class but the way my quads are yelling at me every time I go up n down the stairs. IDK I might be a watcher tonight n just enjoy a good massage on my legs tonight.

What a great class with Aimee! I never done yoga before. As a 46 year old woman. I have been experiencing some trapped air (TMI) and let me tell you this class helped me relieve it. It was challenging but definitely something I need to do more of even if I can’t keep up at the moment it still helped. Even with my knee I didnt know I was capable of doing some of the movements. Will definitely continue this class. 🧘🏻‍♀️

I just finished this class. I felt like I had a gym partner. Jamila was great with explaining the breathing technique and pelvic tilting. I sweated so much. I learned more than I though I would. I also resonated with things she spoke about regarding adversity. Made me feel like I wasn’t the only one that experienced that. Thank you for a great session. 💪🏽

Happy International women’s day 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

Good morning on this beautiful Sunday! Today I’m going to do core because I never really worked out until my injury last year. So for lower body quads, hamstring and glutes I pretty much ok with like knowing where to feel the burn and mind to muscle connection. It’s the core I need to learn especially breathing knowing when to inhale and exhale during exercise and engaging my core. The pelvic tilt as well. I find it to be a bit challenging. Starting with Jamila beginners Core Video.
