Fabiana over the last year developed a sweet tooth which I had kicked for years but recently this last year it has really taken over me. I'm not consistent with my meals I eat maybe once or twice a day and I have no motivation. I have gained 6 pounds over the last couple of years but the inches and lack of motivation to keep me consistentare what really have me very self-conscious. I miss feeling smallpretty and healthy

Hi I'm new and excited to get back on track with my workouts, meals and motivation. I have gained 5lbs and a few inches that have been killing my confidence. Today is my day 1. Any suggestions? What helps you stay motivated and consistent!
