I've been told brown rice for weightloss is not necessary. When I first changed my diet almost 10 years ago for my MS, I did white or Basamati rice. Since then I've lost and maintained (with the exception of 7 pounds over the last year) a 60 pound weight loss. Give brussels sprouts and asparagus the try they're both really good.

I joined a couple weeks ago and just now watched this video. I rarely take a day off to do things for myself so today I'm going to spend time navigating through the app and watching a bunch of videos. No more excuses I got ☺️

I agree I LOVE the saying "what you're not changing you're choosing" I have 7lbs and a few inches to lose and know I can do it I just have to start. I'm going to get going on a walk right now. I got this 🫶🏽

I am struggling to get back on track. I read a few of your post and it has been motivating. I joined a couple weeks ago and have not done anything. I went from heathy motivated confident to feeling fat lazy and not confident. You have made amazing progress and that's motivating Jocelyn

Thank you so so much for that. I needed to hear it. I changed my diet nine years ago for my illness and I stuck to the plan so strictly, so I do not know why am having such a hard time this time. I appreciate your words and motivation. I got this. Tomorrow is a new day 🥹
