Ladies Ladies! I wanted to share today because when I tell you You Can do it I promise you can do it!!

Story time:

I’m a 36 year old single mother of 3

I just got promoted at my job and work 5 10’hr shifts and 4 hours the 6th day! From 4 AM to 2:30 PM.

I have also recently went back to school to achieve my A.S in business administration!!

I left my abusive relationship of 20 years in May and been in Therapy for 3. One of my biggest achievements is that tomorrow OCTOBER 1st . Is what I call my Rebirth Date. I will be 2 years sober of Alcohol!!!

Is it hard heck yeah I will never lie but with God everything is possible!!

Ladies don’t give up on yourselves You got this We Got this and God got Us!!! Thank you for being part of my journey! Fabiana + this community!!

Heyyyy ladies!!!

If this helps I wanted to share.

For the all around lunges where we are using our arms I used one yoga block and roated my arms to help with my coordination! Because you all know me and coordination don’t belong in the same sentence 😂! Let’s get it ladies!

I just want to say thank you Fabi and the QW community you ladiea give me something to look forward to when my days are hard and I am unsure of myself! Lets go Ladies!

It’s been my most consistent week but knee gave out and had to finish lightly. Lets get it QUEENS!

I never know what’s next but Queen Warrior is helping me learn to stay consistent!! Thank you QW squad and Fabi.

Out here getting it but my coordination on the knee high kick is really terrible! Blocks on the way ASAP!

I don’t know if this a lot or not but Fabi had me almost tapping out!! I love it here!

First day and I sweated more than on my runs at the beach!
