I love this community since I’ve been apart of it 😊 I joined about two weeks ago and trying to get back in the groove. I have three kids In total, I have 2 older boys 16, 9 and just gave birth to my third child which I finally got my babygirl last year. I’m not new to fitness just looking for encouragement, discipline, accountability, peace, and structure which this environment provides just that. Fabi and Coach Jamila have been amazing and I love their positivity, sense of humor and energy! I did two workouts yesterday because of them 🥹I look forward to working with the rest of the coaches💪🏽hiit has always been my go to and fitness has always been my therapy. Not making an excuses but after you give birth(I did everything natural too by the way 💕I had a water birth and it was amazing) your hormones are everywhere and postpartum is not so nice. But I will push through and be the great woman God created me to be! Inspire, motivate and achieve greatness💪🏽 sometimes you have to remind yourself “I am that girl💪🏽”
