My body has made so many changes. I’m in amazement! Fabi asked for before and after. Putting these photos side by side was a game changer. I hadn’t compared in awhile. Top roll was when I started queen warriors. July 2025. Bottom roll nov 2025, Dec2025, feb2026. Side profile march 2026. My abs were crazy before the holidays hit. Then I got off track but remember queens this journey is nothing from perfect. It has it’s ups and downs like everything does in life. You have stay strong, consistent and continue to push through even in the hard times. Queens your photos really tell your story don’t stop taking them. Even when you don’t like what you see in the mirror. I have had plenty of those moments. This moment for me felt off the charts proud. My self love is the most important piece of me. So queens just keep thriving and shining you all are truly beautiful! 😘

Hey queen welcome! My best word of advice is love your journey don’t compare yours to others everyones story and life is completely different. Use other journeys to help motivate you and lift you up. Stay consistent and give your all to every workout that you complete. Figure out if your a morning workout person or a night workout person. For me I like to workout at night and midday when I don’t have to work. Listen to you daily affirmations definite plus for mindset. After you start a routine everything falls into place. Hit your protein goals that can be challenging at first. Don’t don’t give up or get to discouraged everything happens in time and with consistency. Good luck queen you got this!

Hey queen! If you just starting out and you don’t have weights you can do the workouts with just body weight. But we use dumbbells 5-20pounds, kettlebell, resistance bands, yoga mate. You are also able to use household items like book bag with books for weight, laundry detergent. Those are alternatives. If you don’t have weights.

Hey queens it’s been 8 consistent months since I started my queen warrior journey. Check her out she slowly growing and making gains. Stay patient,consistent, and giving it your best. Sometimes I’m even surprised when I look in the mirror and need do a double take. 🤣😂🤣I get so excited to see those changes. P.S. once you hit that self love mode and enjoy the journey it’s hard not to keep showing up for yourself. Keep thriving and shining queens! 😘
