Loved this workout! I definitely have a cold my son got me sick on Monday! I feel out of it but this gave it my all! This will be added to favorites so I can kill it when I’m not sick! Thanks Fabi! 😘✌🏾

I boil my carrots in water with a tablespoon of butter and ginger powder it gives it so much flavor. The once the carrots are tender. I add the noodles til the Ramen is somewhat soft. I add the season packet after I put the noodles in the bowl then pour the water they cooked in. IFlavor is amazing! Add all your ingredients cilantro, green onions, chicken, tomatoes, I do avocado too normally but didn’t have it. The more the veggies the better. So good!

Flor V. My word of advice don’t be afraid to track your progress. Take those photos because they truly tell your story. I know it can be hard when you don’t like what you see in the mirror I was the same way. Don’t compare yourself to anyone,everyone’s journey is different and not yours. Use other stories help inspire your to stay consistent. Love your journey through the ups and downs because it’s not meant to be perfect. It’s meant to keep you pushing and keeping yourself accountable. Don’t beat yourself up if you have off days just keep pushing forward. Give your all to every workout you do. This program will help shape you mentally, physically, emotionally. I’m so grateful for the platform it’s helped me find myself again. I love the woman standing in that mirror.
