Thank you I try to eat as healthy as I can. Sometimes itโ€™s not always the best staying consistent with eating can have itโ€™s challenges when you first get started. Just make sure you hit your protein goals queen!

Speak on it queen! You can do anything you set your mind to. I love this program. Itโ€™s built my strength mentally, physically, emotionally. Iโ€™m not the same person I was 10mos ago. It will be a yr coming up in July for me. Consistency is key queen. My words of encouragement to you is love your journey. Donโ€™t compare yourself itโ€™s literally you vs you. Take your photos that truly tells your story. I had plenty of moments not liking what I see in the mirror but when you compare your photos it shows so donโ€™t be afraid to take them. Show up to your fullest for your workouts even if you have to do the replays give it your all and finish each of them. Tracking your protein is important. Donโ€™t get discouraged when you donโ€™t reach your goals keep pushing through even on the hard days. Letโ€™s get it queen! Remember keep thriving and shining it definitely makes the difference! ๐Ÿ˜˜
