Hey queen I workout 4-5 days a week. Donโt get overwhelmed in choosing. When I started I just went through as many videos as I could. It definitely helps you get use to what we are doing. They have modifications tips for all workouts. Practice your technique and form before moving to weights thatโs important. Once your confident and comfortable then start to add your weights.
