Hey queen I workout 4-5 days a week. Donโ€™t get overwhelmed in choosing. When I started I just went through as many videos as I could. It definitely helps you get use to what we are doing. They have modifications tips for all workouts. Practice your technique and form before moving to weights thatโ€™s important. Once your confident and comfortable then start to add your weights. Hope that was helpful.

Yes definitely! Knowing how committed I am to myself then actually seeing the changes from where is started to now is hands down amazing! Iโ€™m so proud and excited to keep climbing.

Becoming stronger everyday! Becoming her! I am her she is Me. A yr ago I could barely do 1 full push up now I'm strong enough to crank them out. Im so proud of how far I have come. Thanks to Queen Warriors for helping me build my mental, physical, and emotional strength. So grateful for the community that I'm in. A safe space for me to be seen, heard and not judged.

Though the week was amazing. I love the home vibe! Your home is beautiful! The music was good as always. My favorite workout of the week was day 2! Loved all the workouts that day. I added this to my favorite list! I thinking adding a deep core controlled breathing workouts would be great. Also nice stretch or hip opener class for the second part of Fridays workouts.

It came out so bomb girl! Portion control takes time. Just be patient with yourself all the adjustments take time. Remember if your still hungry after follow up with health snack. My go to is a bowl of yogurt or protein shake or even a bowl of fruit.
