Easier said than done, but showing up for yourself even when you don’t feel like it 🥰 Something I still struggle with. My rings on my watch are motivating as well…but when you show up regardless of how you may be feeling, your mental starts to shift, discipline builds, and next thing you know, it’s apart of your lifestyle.

Meals, I can’t help lol. Cause I like to eat and this is the main thing I struggle with. Feel like I crave so much sweets too, so I’m in the process of getting my blood work checked, along w/ hormones, and seeing if I have PCOS cause everything I’m reading I feel that’s what I’m experiencing. That’s amazing!! Those look like close push-ups (lots of tri) which is good. I can barely do one on my knees. That’s my goal to be able to do close grip push ups because I can only do wide grip.
