My why is the reason I started in the first place. To be in better physical and mental health. I was tired of feeling tired all the time, feeling bloated, feeling like I had no energy, feeling like I was limited to doing things, feeling like I was not good enough. Since working out consistently these last couple of weeks, I notice I am more focused, more at ease mentally, more determined & more physically fit. I'm seeing the impact that taking care of my mind and body is doing for my overall health and I'm loving it!!
