Girl, I feel you. Yet, our bodies are meant to change. It's a natural and beautiful process. 😍 I joined because I feel the aging and the sedentary life attacking my health. I will become a new version of me at this age. I can't expect to be young me.. just a better me. And you too should strive to be a better version of today. Not of yesterday. You are gorgeous! Thank you. Yes it does help. Read it ms decided to put a timer for every hour to stand up amd move for 5 minutes. Got to start.

Hi Community,

I have really not been taking time to do the things I NEED to do for my personal growth. I NEED to move everyday, but instead I work from home, sitting in front of a desk, go to school in front of the same desk, and run my mommy errands sitting down. What is worse, I want to move but my body aches, physically aches from all the sitting I do. The only time I Stand is when I cook or clean. I need help. I am not disciplined enough to chunk time out to workout. This is my confession . I am hoping that if I voice this I will become more accountable for my actions. I want to chunk out time and workout. Most of all, I want to be consistent.

God, please give me the discipline to stay consistent. My body needs it. πŸ™
