I just wanted to share I am 27 lbs down. I used to be so discouraged before coming onto this community. QW along with a few other changes in my life has been a game changer. Thank you all for being apart of it. Stay encouraged and committed to YOUR SELF! Much love

Hi Queens!!! Can someone explain the badges to me. Ive been on a roll and have only gotten up to 7,but ive done way more....also anyone else absolutely LOVE that the workouts are using more bands.!?
