I felt the same! I really liked the straight to it element I felt like it maximized the time I had and the sweat was real but I am not dead for work tmrw.

Fabi!! Summer shred!!🔥I am with it!! Let’s get it. I have been wanting structure since LYC finished n I loved this workout. Motion changes emotion…ikdr…felt like a spiritual battle dragging myself to the gym n fighting the critical inner voice today but guess what I won!
