Y’all I had been sick n on antibiotics for 10 days—missed my workouts so much and this was the first one I did after fully recovering. Felt so good❤️‍🔥 I’m going to try more Power sets. Thank you!!

Hi queens! I’m kinda new here and find comfort reading y’all’s posts and journeys. I feel like I’m rediscovering myself and becoming a better version too. Thank you for the motivation and encouragement—I feel so seen as a mom doing something great for me and my family unit.
