Thanks for sharing queen! Sometimes I struggle with like ‘did I do enough’ thoughts when I look back I worked out 5 days and it’s like wow that inner voice can take a rest day too lol! I love it here at QW! The mindset element and the fact that everyone is welcoming and supportive is the big difference for me because sometimes I feel there is a lot of competing and performing in everyday life so this space helps me get my mind right for when I’m out doing my day.
