Hey queen! I experienced this to an extent and really went in on my diet to see results…basically I replaced HIIT with sculpt and lifted a little heavier (still do one or two hiit in a week just 30 min instead of an hour) because I noticed when I did hiit I was starving at night and I would just need more calories. So when I changed I noticed I filled up faster and needed fewer calories n I saw changes in my midsection finally. I do two core workouts and three power/hiit workouts a week usually. Yvona has really good 30 min hiit/core that have me feeling sore so it feels like they are really effective. Keep going queen!
