Hey queen! I experienced this to an extent and really went in on my diet to see results…basically I replaced HIIT with sculpt and lifted a little heavier (still do one or two hiit in a week just 30 min instead of an hour) because I noticed when I did hiit I was starving at night and I would just need more calories. So when I changed I noticed I filled up faster and needed fewer calories n I saw changes in my midsection finally. I do two core workouts and three power/hiit workouts a week usually. Yvona has really good 30 min hiit/core that have me feeling sore so it feels like they are really effective. Keep going queen!

What’s up queens! I saw the belly blaster component advertised on IG—is there a way to upgrade my program to get this since I’m already a member? Thanks for the info 😘

Thank you queen! Lately I have been doing four intermediate queen warriors workouts a week a mix of sculpt and hiit and yoga :) It’s fun to try new things as I get more confident. What have you been doing?

First picture I felt like I hit rock bottom two years after having my son—just could not feel good in my body no matter what I ate or did to exercise…second picture was last week, just renewed my gym membership, five months into queen warriors. Similar number on the scale but different body composition and totally different mindset. Not gonna lie I never thought I would smile at my reflection in the mirror again. I really almost gave up and said okay I’m 35 this is just my body now. But u know what this platform and these coaches truly help me show up and put myself first. Thank you all and I love reading your successes n struggles. Don’t give up on you queens.
