I mean you can’t keep doing the same things and expect a different result- so I did something about it. ♥️ last week I celebrated my 48th bday in Vegas - at a work conference. But nonetheless I felt fit and cute. ♥️
True story, Fabi’s post “ don’t train with me if you don’t want your 🍑 to get phat” . Y’all I can’t believe this is my booty ! And still in progress. Feeling sluggish this week since last week my schedule was all off since I was at a work conference in Vegas for most of the week. Was able to do my 3 workouts and average 12000 steps a day . Had to take a pic to motivate myself again These subtle changes are just what I needed. I was feeling guilty not putting in my usual 4-5 days. On to week 4 day 1!
Last June Vs This June with only 35 days of joining QW! I remember taking the first pic feeling bloated, tired and not toned. This year’s picture was filled with confidence, faith and with one goal in mind: To get fit, feel healthy and take care of this vessel that GOD gave me. I’m more happy because of my mindset during this journey! Mind, Body & Soul! Hope y’all are having an amazing Saturday Queens! Sending Love & Light from Southern California! I completed my wk2day3 workout and added a stretch class since I was so sore! I’m motivated to get day 4 in tomorrow! That bar class was no joke! Genuinely feel so inspired and motivated to keep going. Keep those motivational words coming cause this app is really something special. Thank you for creating this space! As a Puerto Rican Latina living on the west coast, it’s hard to be so far away from my people & home (nj). Being on this app gives me such a sense of belonging. And watching like minded people , helps me have a piece of home every time I workout. Thank you Queens! ♥️
Week 2, Day 1 workout done in LYC. My glutes and abs are on fire! I turn forty- grEIGHT (48) next week and what I’m really excited about is how these workouts are improving my overall posture, I don’t see a slouch in my back anymore!

I’ve been following Fabi for years now inspired by afar. I’ve tried so many different things to get motivated to get toned including spending thousands of dollars just to feel like I was doing something once or twice a week. Fooling myself that I was really making impact.
20 days ago I decided to finally join with cautious optimism. Not knowing if this would even be the thing that was going to motivate me. Well - these before and after baby!!! just solidified that the 4-5 days a week I’ve been putting in, is showing the best results I’ve had in a long while. My husband is blown away with how addicted I am to these workouts which just encourages me.
Now I truly know what gym therapy feels like. Because every day I work out, I decide to leave the days stress on the mat! I love how mindset and self love is empowered in these workouts. I have a sense of freedom and control with how amazing I feel! The progress is the cherry on top! Thank you to all the coaches! I am delighting myself in FIT, stretches and Pilates! Let’s see where the LYC takes me! BIG Energy Baby!
