True story, Fabi’s post “ don’t train with me if you don’t want your 🍑 to get phat” . Y’all I can’t believe this is my booty ! And still in progress. Feeling sluggish this week since last week my schedule was all off since I was at a work conference in Vegas for most of the week. Was able to do my 3 workouts and average 12000 steps a day . Had to take a pic to motivate myself again These subtle changes are just what I needed. I was feeling guilty not putting in my usual 4-5 days. On to week 4 day 1!
