Tonights workout was great!!! Its not easy to push through certain seasons in life but you keep starting again and again until you find your new rhythm. Grateful to have came across Queen Warriors!!!

Hi Ladies, I hurt my back a few weeks ago and been having a tough time getting back after i had started and was getting momentum. Starting with the morning stretch challenge again and the pilates. Sometimes its easy to get derailed when you are starting to build again, but have to keep going.
