Ok so I haven't been active since May 10th, almost died due to internal bleeding, long story short, I'm still alive, however, the whole ordeal threw me into depression 🫥, I've been fighting hard to break it bt this has been challenging. I was on a great wave, was toning, eating fairly decent, doing a class a day after work as.well as the gym in the morning b4 my shift. Yesterday was my 1st day back in the gym, albeit I only did the treadmill, the fact I did that much made me feel a little hopeful that this rutt im in is shedding 🤞🏽
