I usually make it full screen on my phone or laptop and it goes into full screen mode on my tv. My phone and computer just connect, no app…might do it via Bluetooth. I have Samsung tv/laptop and Apple phone/laptop.

I screen mirror from my laptop or phone, had issues with casting as well. But screen mirroring works perfectly 🙌🏾

Can I just say…I’m so happy to have found this community! I started this journey beginning of April. Fabiana’s walk on insta got me! I was like ummm ma’am, you been saying what you want and here’s your dang sign! I wasn’t consistent at all, have a trip planned to Brazil end of May! Shooting for my natual BBL 😂 Started a Daniel fast same time! I’ve completed it, cleansed my body mentally spiritually and physically!!! Clarity is power. This week I’ve decided to be intentional about my commitments! I’m so glad I did! 3 days this week and man do my glutes feel it! Can’t say I’ve felt this good in a while! Thanks you all of you beautiful ladies, your vulnerability and encouragement 🫶🏽

Awhile back when I was big into affirmations a trick was to take away the negative “not” and focus on the positive. For me the one that stood out was “I will not allow discouragement to lie to my success”. Revamping it to ~ I will let my success outweigh my discouragement! Glad to be on this journey!
