Full transparency! Week 1 did not go good for me because I had a really bad upper respiratory infection that I had to get over and then once I started feeling better, I had to prep for a colonoscopy (fun times). This week I'm committed to staying on target with my meals and exercise routines.

Hey you won't be disappointed with this program. All the workouts are good. Fabi is very interactive with her ladies, you can ask her anything and she responds and she is very resourceful. You will have fun here.
