Listen Aimee Johnson played NO games with that first half upper core workout! Got me here trying to over medicate on allergy meds to NOT sneeze 🤣. I had to miss the 2nd half but running that first half back again on my lunch break!

Hey boo. Welcome to the QW squad. I’m about to start week 7 next week and in the beginning, girlllll it was a struggle. But you go to the limits you can go to. Challenge yourself and little by little you’ll get there. My planks started at like barely 10 seconds. I’d drop and go again after taking a breath. Now I’m at like 30 (shaking but getting through it). You’ll make it there! Stay consistent. I’ hope to see you in Mondays live class. 🥰

Ohhh I’m ready for tonight girl!! I’m at week 6 doing 4 days a week and I’ve been feeling sooooo much better mood wise, physically, and I’m here for it. Depression is taking the back seat!! And it was amazing seeing all the newbies last night!! Yessss!! 🤩🤩🥳🥳

Tie Hey Queen! Use whichever you feel most comfortable using. You don’t want to go too light and not get anything out of the workout but not too tight where you also can’t stretch it and benefit. Start where you can manage it and throughout the sets, you’ll find yourself moving up and down.

Happy Easter Queen Warriors.. Question, who knows some good workouts specifically targeting the bra roll area. Bc it ain’t cute with my current dress selection! 🤣As of today, summer is 61 days away and I’m getting ready for this summer dresses season with all its good jiggles! 🤣🤣🍑🍒
