Hey boo. Welcome to the QW squad. I’m about to start week 7 next week and in the beginning, girlllll it was a struggle. But you go to the limits you can go to. Challenge yourself and little by little you’ll get there. My planks started at like barely 10 seconds. I’d drop and go again after taking a breath. Now I’m at like 30 (shaking but getting through it). You’ll make it there! Stay consistent. I’ hope to see you in Mondays live class. 🥰

Get it!!! I was dripping too. That shower felt so good after though! Now I know to double hit with the deodorant before her classes 😅
