Make sure your iPhone Bluetooth is linked to your Apple Watch. That was my issue. Click on the queen warrior app through the watch. It’ll show the calories burned on the phone screen but never got it to reflect to the TV via Apple play

Oh I felt so bad missing the class yesterday. My daughter was taking the LONGEST doing my nails lol. I need to hop on THAT replay now on my lunch break before the evening workout today. I def prefer them live.

I would suggest a bands set that goes from light to x heavy. And start off with a light dumbbell. I started off with 5 and a 10 lb set. Then I needed something in between so I bought an 8 lb kettlebell and just got a 15 lb weight. Check out Fabiana’s amazon. I asked for it not too long ago so I’m the thread, it should be there.
