To my ladies with straight hair , during the workout I tie my hair in a tight bun and put on a Nike sweat band , when I finish my work out I don’t take off the style until 2 hours past , then if I notice I am still sweaty I use this makeup thing that feels like a towel to collect the excess sweat !! Then just past the revlon brush and flat iron to re style !!

So when they say for weight loss 3 hitt classes and 2 power are we taking 30 min worth of 1 hour ? Please clarify ?
