We going on week 3 !! Today I want to do some recovery cardio !! Clean my house and take a walk !! My scale has not changed but I think I do notice a difference so far 🙄
This was a hard post for me to do, currently 44 of age , I have been doing all the right things , caloric deficit, eating my protein and fiber doing the workouts 4 x a week and also light cardio on my rest days , my weight had no changed in one month at all ! I even stopped drinking and trust me that was very hard to do ,,, so I decided to step on my scale today and see how much my muscle mass has been increasing and not focus in my weight , so I am in the 6 week challenge here is my starting point …
There are times I just was cereal and nothing else ! These are a great option , only half a cup gives you 11 gram of protein , so what I do is take half a cup of a ok cereal like special k and half a cup of Catalina and hit my protein goals for a snack , just be mindful of what other cereal you mix it with , or just eat it alone. Your choice !!
