Iโ€™m sorry your struggling. Keep pushing forward. Write down your why and tape it to the wall as a reminder. Modify the moves when itโ€™s too much on your inner hips. Try a dance workout video to hit your calorie goal. Use a mirror to make sure your posture is correct for the moves that hurt your lower back. Fold over the mat for extra cushion. Most moves are modifiable. Donโ€™t give up! Hope this helps! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Trigger warning***My fitness journey is connected to my mental health journey. There were many days I had suicidal ideations when I spiraled into depression. I was on autopilot and I didnโ€™t believe I could climb back out. Healing from trauma is ugly, itโ€™s hard work and I fought to be a better mom and a better version of myself. Making exercise part of my morning routine was my survival and still is. Exercise is not just about a number on the scale, itโ€™s not about just looking good. It gives me confidence yes, but itโ€™s also about learning to push past the hard. Life gets hard and exercise showed me how to find a way to have mental toughness. I show up for me because now I know I am worth it!ย
